'But why did you do it'? She screamed.. I could hear the pain in her voice, I felt it. I was truly sorry because I loved her and I still do.
'Desire baby I'm sorry but what are you talking about'? I questioned acting so ignorant
'Stop that' she wept.
'How could you do that with my best friend'? I heard it from a very good source. Both of you kissed. Jeez Olamide how could you?
She found out? I asked my dumb self but was grateful that she didn't find out the other parts and I was never going to tell her. I will bury it.
Baby I didn't do anything. You have to believe me. I finally convinced her I even used the 'look into my eyes t' and she hugged me and let it go. She is very kind I must say. I knew she was angry because she mentioned my name in full, through out that month I avoided Lisa like a plague but we couldn't continue so we decided to stop and stick to our relationships.
Our graduation was wonderful as we were still together, our families sat together under one canopy. Oh yea I promised to marry her.
Then I met her sister.!!!
Now I am in love with her sister and I don't know what to do?

....Because I was still not standing on my feet without a walking stick, I had so much care and love from ladies.. They showed me their soft sides. Then Lisa my desire's best friend came unto me, she told me that she was in love with me and she meant it. At first, I was pissed at her and told her that her friend trusts her. But after a while I started loving the attention she gave me. Gradually, I started developing feelings for her and saw her as beautiful.
One day, I was lonely as I and my desire had a fight so Lisa called me and agreed to come out to hang out with me. That day, it happened.. We kissed and made out and Oooh! our love increased. From that day on, we didn't care about what people thought about us, all we wanted was to love each other and stay in love. When Desire asked me what was going on with I and Lisa???
'DING-DONG Lady we are friends just like both of you are'. I said boldly

Then I got back to school and she was so excited. I saw it in her smile. She was happy that I was around to protect her and be her friend again but then her best friend Lisa is a very caring person even more than the lady I adored.
Desire took care of me so that I could heal fast and play how I had always played. I was satisfied with that and then one day, even with my crutches I asked her out. You should have seen the tension that ensued... She wasn't expecting it!
BOOM! she left me there and went to her room without another word..
I called her for days, she won't pick or return my calls. It killed me not knowing why she was ignoring me.

PIERCED HEART
My Special world
I will wear your winter coat the one you love the most
I want to burst out of love
Your presence instilled joy in me
My everything
There was a time I was scared of the word
When we wake up, you will kiss my forehead and lift me up for a spin
You gave me strength and power
My universe
I want you to be sure I will always be yours
When I found you, I saw your brown eyes
I felt I had it all with you
My heart
I told you to be patient; even kind
You wouldn't listen to my soft pleas
I could still hear my lost voice
My soul
I lost my soul to you
I could ditch anything for that soul yet it was gone
Why would they take you; death why?
You really meant the world to me.
This poem titled pierced heart is a love poem. At the beginning it can be seen that she is in love with him and wants to spend her every minute with him but then he falls ill and dies of the illness. She laments over the pain of loosing him. She compares him to the world.
