RCCG youth pastor kills wife

A youth pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Akolade Arowolo, has been sentenced to die by hanging for the murder of his banker wife, Titilayo.
Pastor Arowolo could not hold back his pains after the court ruling, he burst into a fit of prayer. Titilayo worked with Skye bank, whilst her husband was employed. Prosecutors were able to present compelling evidence that led to the conviction of Mr Arowolo and his sentencing by Justice Lateefat Okunu of the Ikeja High Court, he was handed a death sentence. Justice Okunu held in her over three hours judgment that evidence before the court proved that Arowolo actually murdered his wife in their matrimonial home.
Testimony in the form of a forensic report from Prof. John Oladapo Obafunwa, a pathologist, was what the court used to determine that there was no way the deceased could have stabbed herself to death. Immediately after the judgment, Arowolo fell down in the dock and started shouting “Jesus have mercy.” PM News reports that Prof Obafunwa testified that his autopsy report revealed that Titilayo was killed through 76 knife stab wounds.
There were claims by Pastor Arowolo, suggesting that his wife was possessed and inflicted injuries on herself. He noted that the knife wounds affected Titilayo’s left eye, right eye, upper chest area, right chest and collar bone. Prof. Obafunwa pointed out in his testimony that the deceased could not have inflicted such wounds on herself. To further prove its case, prosecution invited some of Titilayo’s family members who testified that Arowolo and Titilayo had always had a troubled marriage.
The family members included Titilayo’s father, George Oyakhire; sister, Ijeh and mother-in-law, Mrs Adetoun Yeside Oyakhire. The three witnesses testified that the couple lived a cat and mouse life. They claimed that the family had at several times, settled serious fights between the couple. None of the witnesses however saw what actually happened on the day Titilayo died

The Herald reports that Arowolo’s co-tenant, Adewale Adeyemi also gave evidence in the case. Arowolo’s parents testified that their son was incapable of murder
Adeyemi in his evidence said that on the day of the incident he heard a loud noise when he was in his apartment and later saw Arowolo rushing out with a deep cut in his palms. He claimed to have also seen a hammer and a knife with a broken handle in the yard. Other witnesses such a the security man at the Arowolos’ residence, Investigating Police Officer and an MTN Staff also gave evidence in the case.
Youth PastorArowolo broke down in tears, after the judge handed him the death sentence, he had claimed he was innocent of killing his wife. Having presented its case, the burden was shifted on Arowolo to defend himself.
Expectedly, Arowolo had his personal explanation as to what happened on the day Titilayo died. First, he claimed that he and his deceased wife had passionate sex for two hours and kissed on the same day she died.

He claimed that Titi stabbed herself to death on the day after they had a fight. Arowolo claimed that Titilayo was possessed by an evil spirit and inflicted several stab wounds on him before turning to herself. Arowolo’s father, Mudashiru and mother also testified of their son’s good behavior, insisting he could not have killed his wife.
They claimed that he has always been a religious person and was incapable of killing

Donald Trump and President Obama to meet in 2 hours

President Obama and Donald Trump to meet in two hours time. Even as Trump calls for Unity. Well, will it be an akward moment as President Obama passes power to the new president elect.

Even with the fact that the campaign has been an ugly one. We anticipate a good one and we know Obama and he is going to be professional and he is going to be straight with the meeting. It is good for the people to have an open mind. We are all looking forward to what Donald Trump will do once he is on. Let's keep our fingers crossed and wait for the president-elect to work. Go with the things you know you can pass" Rudy Giuliani said today on CNN. So there's no way Trump won't do those things he promised.

Millions Protest in the US

Trump might have won the election but obviously he has not won the heart of the protesters. The angry people went to the street to air their displeasure in the just concluded election.

Thousands of people  descended upon Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan Wednesday night, marching from Union square. Protesters are saying Trump is not their choice and also not their president "My body, My choice, "Not my presiden" and so on. At least 65 people were arrested during Wednesday night's demonstrations, according to WABC. A lot of people climbed light poles and had to be taken down.

Donald Trump as US president-elect is a slap on OBAMA's Face

Obama campaigned seriously for Hillary Clinton and yet the Americans voted for Donald Trump. This is a slap on Obama's face. Obama has ruled America with Dignity and integrity. Then why did Hilary Clinton not win the election.

Here are some tips on how and why Donald Trump won!

Donald Trump has defied all expectations from the very start of his presidential campaign more than a year ago.
Very few people thought he would actually run, then he did. They thought he wouldn't climb in the polls, then he did. They said he wouldn't win any primaries, then he did. They said he wouldn't win the Republican nomination, then he did.
Finally, they said there was no way he could compete for, let alone win, a general election.
Now he's president-elect Trump.
Here are five ways he pulled off what was unexpected by most and incomprehensible to many.
Trump's white wave
Toss-ups were tossed aside. One after another, Ohio, Florida and North Carolina went to Mr Trump.
That left Mrs Clinton's blue firewall, and the firewall was eventually breached.
The Democrat's last stand largely rested on her strength in the Midwest. Those were states that had gone Democrat for decades, based in part on the support of black and working-class white voters.
Those working-class white people, particularly ones without college education - men and women - deserted the party in droves. Rural voters turned out in high numbers, as the Americans who felt overlooked by the establishment and left behind by the coastal elite made their voices heard.
While places like Virginia and Colorado held fast, Wisconsin fell - and with it Mrs Clinton's presidential hopes.
When all is said and done, Mrs Clinton may end up winning the popular vote on the back of strong support in places like California and New York and closer-than-expected losses in solid-red states like Utah.
The Trump wave hit in the places it had to, however. And it hit hard.
Teflon Donald
Mr Trump insulted decorated war veteran John McCain.
He picked a fight with Fox News and its popular presenter, Megyn Kelly.
He doubled down when asked how he once mocked the weight of a Hispanic beauty pageant winner.
He offered a half-hearted apology when the secret video surfaced of his boasting about making unwanted sexual advances towards women.
He gaffed his way through the three presidential debates with clearly lightly practised performances.
None of it mattered. While he took dips in the polls following some of the more outrageous incidents, his approval was like a cork - eventually bouncing back to the surface.
Perhaps the various controversies came so hard and fast that none had time to draw blood. Maybe Mr Trump's personality and appeal was so strong, the scandals just bounced off. Whatever the reason, he was bulletproof.
The outsider
He ran against the Democrats. He also ran against the powers within his own party.
He beat them all.
Mr Trump built a throne of skulls out of his Republican primary opponents. Some, like Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Chris Christie and Ben Carson, eventually bent knee. The holdouts, like Jeb Bush and Ohio Governor John Kasich, are now on the outside of their party looking in.
And for the rest of the party insiders, from House Speaker Paul Ryan on down? Mr Trump didn't need their help - and, in fact, may have won because he was willing to take a stand against them.
Mr Trump's pox-on-them-all attitude is likely to have proved his independence and outsider status at a time when much of the American public reviled Washington (although not enough to keep them from re-electing most congressional incumbents running for re-election).
It was a mood some other national politicians sensed - Democrat Bernie Sanders, for instance, as well as Mr Cruz. No one, however, captured it more than Trump, and it won him the White House.
The Comey Factor
The polls clearly did a woeful job predicting the shape and preferences of the electorate, particularly in Midwestern states. In the final days of the campaign, however, the reality is that the polls were close enough that Mr Trump had a pathway to victory.
That pathway didn't look nearly as obvious about two weeks ago, before FBI director James Comey released his letter announcing that they were reopening their investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server.

Though the polls were tightening a bit yet Donald came out victorious.

My life in a short story

Place your advert on here Uber 😁

So today my darlings, I went to this really awesome place with my friend Ay. We watched this movie titled "heart", even though the end was tragic we still couldn't stop talking about the whole movie. Well, the food Part was what got me really interested as they served me chicken breast with rice and Chapman. Yes! I love food that much. That's how Ay was talking about Uber and all and I got interested but as an igbo girl that I am we had to take the public bus to save cost (lol) . That's how I got to the second stop to get another bus and the drama started. One man entered the bus I boarded and was asking for iyanapaja bus. I plugged in my earpiece like it didn't concern me and the bus was on motion. My dears, that's how half the journey  o, one man started shouting that the man sitting at his back touched him and his manhood has disappeared. That's how the man continued shouting and told the driver to stop and luckily for us there was this police station close. The driver stopped and called the police men on duty. Hmm! That's how the men went in to check the man and confirmed it. My dear fear catch me I just looked for the next available cab to take me home because I couldn't imagine taking the bus with those same people.

Be careful. Be watchful. Call uber 😁

Embracing the Face with a Smile

Most times we often say we are happy. Happiness is created or generated. Since this is seen as a state of emotional well-being. Some people are naturally happy because of the state of things meanwhile others are unhappy because they cannot create this inner act. Creating happiness is the second easiest thing to do to live a healthy lifestyle. Even when things seem to be on the down low and you are up and doing and showing acts of kindness and you are filled with beautiful emotions that is seen in your smile then you have created happiness.

Keeping your face young and beautiful is a deliberate action. When you make an effort to look young by smiling often then you are doing yourself more good than harm.
Smiling is not to be forced let it come out from your heart. And mind you, you don't need to have the world to smile. Embrace the smile on your face and let your heart be merry.

CHURCH CRUSH

They say, "the fastest way to get a man to marry you, is to cook his best meal and serve it with a chilled bottle of coke" - okay, nobody said that, i just totally made that up.
But, if it was true; then Nneka would never get married.
Nneka, was my church crush - church, in the sense that we attended the same church and she was in the choir - so yeah, church crush!
But you see, she wasn't like any other choir girl you know. Forget those "head-tie wearing, Ankle skirt" girls you're probably imagining.
Nneka had class, and ass too - not sure which was more, but both were in abundance. Her figure eight (8) shape wasn't helping matters, not to talk of her clear American accent - Mehn! Angels had to be made this way.
So yeah, we eventually started dating after I broke forcefully out of the deep shackles of friend zone I was submerged in - *middle finger village witches*
During the course of our dating, she kept complaining about the money I spent eating out and buying junk food. I never really had a problem with this cos' I barely had time to cook for myself, with my 9 - 8 job and all. - Yeah, 9am to 8pm! My boss was directly related to the devil himself.
Anyways, she offered to cook and insisted on spending the weekend. She was going to "spoil me silly" with different kinds of dishes I had never tasted. I knew right then, that I had found the one. No more cornflakes and indomie for one week - goodbye carbohydrates; Hello protein!!
I fell deeper in love.
Saturday finally arrived, and I was treated to a huge plate of Egusi soup - Everybody's favourite.
I'm not much of a Bible story kinda guy, but after first taste, I knew instantly that soup must have been inspired by the story of Lot and the Pillar of Salt.
My Egusi soup was filled with the missing parts of the Pillar of Salt. I'm not joking, I might have as well, ordered a salt solution instead - heck! it felt like it.
But I let it slide, maybe she was just nervous cooking for me for the first time - Love, really is blind.
By evening, we had Beans - or should I even call it that?
Beans used to be my favourite food, until Nneka catwalked into my life. Now all I see when I think of Beans is horror and battlefields.
You think I'm lying? Okay, picture David and Goliath. Yep, remember those stones David picked before the fight? - yep! those ones.
They were present in my dinner plate. Actually, I think I had more stones than Beans for dinner - but then again Love prevailed, I let it slide.
It was when I saw her washing the rice with soap and sponge the next morning, I knew that I was finished.
"Blood of Donald Trump!! ", I shouted!
But deep down, I was certain the end was finally here. At that moment, I knew my village witches had won the battle - they were probably twerking to a Gospel beat sef at that time.
It's been two weeks since that weekend and I've not had the mind to return her calls or texts. Please, how do you arrange your lips to tell somebody you're not doing again?
Brother zone has never felt more perfect to me. I willingly zone myself.
I give up abegi, I'm not doing again joor!   *stolen
