Ten tips to reduce stress

Here are some tried and true tips to get stress relief.

1. Exercise: Run or do some yoga.
2. Socialize: Spend time with friends/family or make new friends.
3. Write: Keep a journal.
4. Laugh: As it is said to be the best medicine, it also reduces tension.
5. Take care of yourself.
6. Get some fresh air.
7.Be kind to yourself: Think of positive things.
8. Meditate
9. Be thankful
10. Make a change
